北京国科技贸开发集团（简称国科技贸集团）前身是由国防科工委技术基础局于1993年发起联合组建的北京国科技术贸易开发总公司（简称北京国科技贸公司），并汇聚国防科技成果办公室、兵器工业、航空航天、船舶工业、电子工业等八大军工单位共同注资。作为一家军工企业，北京国科技贸公司自成立之初便肩负着整合军工资源发挥横向联合优势，促进国防科技成果转化、产业化的重要使命，经过多年发展，于2024年完成企业合并重组 ，以现代化集团公司治理模式焕发新活力，持续巩固在国防科技领域的领先地位。
