5月16日从中国海油获悉，经过26.5小时现场作业，来自海合会国家阿联酋的液化天然气(LNG)运输船“马尔文”轮顺利在中国海油广东大鹏液化天然气接收站完成接卸。这船货物是中国首单以人民币结算的进口液化天然气。

        On May 16th, it was learned from CNOOC that after 26.5 hours of on-site operation, the liquefied natural gas (LNG) transport ship "Marvin" from the United Arab Emirates, a member of the GCC country, successfully completed unloading at CNOOC Guangdong Dapeng LNG Terminal. This shipment is China's first imported liquefied natural gas settled in RMB.

　　 中国海关总署数据显示，2022年，中国进口原油超过5亿吨，进口天然气超过1亿吨，其中，液化天然气进口量为6344万吨。随着国际市场对人民币接受程度提高，油气贸易双方尝试采用人民币结算的条件日趋成熟。

        According to data from the General Administration of Customs of China, in 2022, China imported over 500 million tons of crude oil and over 100 million tons of natural gas, including 63.44 million tons of liquefied natural gas. With the increasing acceptance of RMB in the international market, the conditions for both oil and gas trade parties to attempt to settle in RMB are becoming increasingly mature.

　　 分析认为，开展国际液化天然气贸易人民币结算，有利于中国促进国际国内市场对接，以及国内外两种资源高效循环。中国海油气电集团资源与市场部副总经理王欣介绍，此次推动国际液化天然气采购以人民币结算，是中国海油对促进能源贸易全球化发展、打造液化天然气交易多元化生态的有益实践。

        Analysis suggests that conducting RMB settlement for international liquefied natural gas trade is beneficial for China to promote the integration of international and domestic markets, as well as the efficient circulation of both domestic and foreign resources. Wang Xin, Deputy General Manager of Resources and Marketing Department of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, introduced that promoting the settlement of international liquefied natural gas procurement in RMB is a beneficial practice for China National Offshore Oil Corporation to promote the globalization of energy trade and create a diversified ecosystem of liquefied natural gas trading.

　　 据了解，此单跨境人民币交易是今年3月中国海油与道达尔能源在上海石油天然气交易中心达成的。满载6.5万吨液化天然气的“马尔文”轮经过26天海上航行后，于5月15日抵达中国海油广东大鹏液化天然气接收站。该船液化天然气经气化处理后，将通过管道输往发电厂、城市燃气等用户，为粤港澳大湾区天然气稳定供应提供有力保障。

        It is understood that this cross-border RMB transaction was reached in March this year between CNOOC and Total Energy at the Shanghai Oil and Gas Trading Center. The "Marvin" ship, loaded with 65000 tons of liquefied natural gas, arrived at China National Offshore Oil Corporation Guangdong Dapeng liquefied natural gas receiving station on May 15th after 26 days of sea voyage. After being gasified, the liquefied natural gas of the ship will be transported through pipelines to power plants, urban gas and other users, providing strong guarantees for the stable supply of natural gas in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area.
