3月7日，国科技贸集团总经理罗济青在集团公司总部会见到访的哈萨克斯坦副总理凯拉特·克林贝托夫先生。双方就进一步深化油气贸易合作等进行了深入交流，国科海天能源贸易（青岛）有限公司总经理张叶芮参加会见。

          On March 7th, Luo Jiqing, the General Manager of the NDSTI Group, met with Mr. Kerat Klinbetov, Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, who was visiting the headquarters of the group. Both sides had in-depth exchanges on further deepening oil and gas trade cooperation. Zhang Yerui, General Manager of National Defense Haitian Energy Trade (Qingdao) Co.,Ltd., attended the meeting.

        Luo Jiqing welcomed the visit of Mr. Kerat Klinbetov and his delegation, stating that the NDSTI Group has obvious advantages, strong innovation vitality, and forward-looking industrial layout.           Mr. Kailat Klinbetov introduced the situation in recent years in oil and gas trade, Middle East fund layout, and other aspects. He expressed great importance to cooperation with the NDSTI Group, and hoped that the NDSTI Group would fully leverage its resource advantages in oil and gas trade and financial innovation, further promoting exchanges and cooperation between the two sides in a wider range of fields and at a deeper level. Mr. Kailat Klinbetov and his team will focus on establishing a close cooperative relationship with the NDSTI Group, promoting their respective strengths, and achieving win-win cooperation.

   凯拉特·克林贝托夫先生1969年出生于阿拉木图，毕业于莫斯科国立大学。2002年至2006年，他担任哈萨克斯坦共和国经济和预算规划部部长。2011年出任哈萨克斯坦经济发展与贸易部部长。2012被任命为哈萨克斯坦共和国副总理，负责管理宏观经济事务、预算政策、国有企业和金融部门治理、税收和海关监管等。他同时还担任欧亚经济委员会主席，在委员会中代表哈萨克斯坦共和国。2013年10月1日，根据哈萨克斯坦共和国总统法令，他被任命为哈萨克斯坦国家银行行长。2015年至今，克林贝托夫先生担任阿斯塔纳国际金融中心主席。

    Mr. Kailat Klinbertov was born in Almaty in 1969 and graduated from Moscow State University. From 2002 to 2006, he served as the Minister of Economic and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2011, he was appointed as the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Kazakhstan. In 2012, he was appointed as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, responsible for managing macroeconomic affairs, budget policies, governance of state-owned enterprises and the financial sector, taxation, and customs supervision. He also serves as the Chairman of the Eurasian Economic Commission, representing the Republic of Kazakhstan in the committee. On October 1, 2013, according to the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed as the Governor of the National Bank of Kazakhstan. Since 2015, Mr. Klinbetov has served as the Chairman of Astana International Financial Center.
