   山东裕龙石化有限公司于2019年06月28日成立，公司投资建设的 4000 万吨/年裕龙岛炼化一体化项目。项目实行总体规划，分两期实施，一期项目主要建设2000万吨/年炼油，300万吨/年乙烯、300万吨/年混合二甲苯，以及汽油、航空煤油、柴油、乙二醇、HDPE、UHMWPE、PP、EVA/LDPE、丁戊橡胶、集成橡胶和ABS等深加工装置。目前，一期1000万吨炼油二系列装置已经正式投产，化工一系列装置预计11月份也将投产；同时1000万吨炼油一系列装置和化工二系列装置年底前也将全面具备投产条件，择机将进行试投产。裕龙岛炼化一体化项目一期项目实施后，全省地炼产能减少696万吨，年可减少400-500万吨二氧化碳排放。

         Shandong Yulong Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was established on June 28, 2019, and the company invested in the construction of a 40 million tons/year Yulong Island refining and chemical integration project. The first phase of the project mainly builds 20 million tons/year of oil refining, 3 million tons/year of ethylene, 3 million tons/year of mixed xylene, as well as gasoline, aviation kerosene, diesel, ethylene glycol, HDPE, UHMWPE, PP, EVA/LDPE, butadiene rubber, integrated rubber and ABS and other deep processing devices. At present, the first phase of the 10 million tons of oil refining second series units have been officially put into operation, and a series of chemical equipment is expected to be put into operation in November; At the same time, a series of 10 million tons of oil refining units and the second series of chemical equipment will also be fully ready for production by the end of the year, and trial production will be carried out at the right time. After the implementation of the first phase of the Yulong Island Refining and Chemical Integration Project, the province's refining capacity will be reduced by 6.96 million tons, which can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 4 million to 5 million tons per year.

       中国石化青岛lng接收站是中国石化首座LNG接收站，也是连续三年保供体量位列全国前三的华北地区主力气站，位于青岛市董家口经济区。中国石化天然气分公司青岛液化天然气（LNG）接收站一、二期工程分别于2014年11月和2021年8月建成投产，年接转能力达700万吨，已累计接卸进口液化天然气超4100万吨，供气范围覆盖鲁、苏、皖、冀、豫等省市，是我国华北地区的主要气源之一。  

   Sinopec Qingdao LNG terminal is the first LNG terminal of Sinopec and the main gas station in North China that has ranked among the top three in China for three consecutive years, located in Dongjiakou Economic Zone, Qingdao City.The first and second phases of the Qingdao liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal project of Sinopec Natural Gas Branch were completed and put into operation in November 2014 and August 2021 respectively, with an annual transfer capacity of 7 million tons, and a total of more than 41 million tons of imported liquefied natural gas have been received and unloaded.

  此次国科海天能源发展公司、俄罗斯萨哈燃油能源股份有限公司赴山东考察，阿法纳西.马克西莫夫先生对山东省的液化天然气接收站的接收能力以及炼化企业的发展有了更深入的了解，双方达成了进一步的共识，对接下来的原油、液化天然气等贸易合作往前迈进了重要的一步。
